Travel To Event

• Free within 20 Miles Radius of The Woodlands

Requirements: The Client will arrange for appropriate space of 12ft (L) x 12ft (W) x 10ft (H) and access to the 360 Photo Booth at the Event's venue along with necessary power within 25 feet of the setup area at least 1 hour before the booking time.

If outdoors, clients should ensure adequate shade from the sun to ensure good lighting for the best 360 videos. WE DO NOT SET UP OUTDOORS IF WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE UNFAVORABLE FOR A CANOPY. WE DO NOT PROVIDE OUTDOOR SHADING/CANOPY.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 7 days before the event will receive the deposit minus a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made after the 7th day will not receive a refund.
